As human beings, we often find ourselves in a transitional space, not being what we once were and not yet being what we want to be. We may be in that foreign place because of re-location, job change, divorce, illness, or unexpected changes in what our lives were supposed to be.

We also experience periods of depression, anxiety, fear or other discomfort for many reasons. In today’s culture of multi-tasking and not enough hours in the day, more and more of us experience isolation and loneliness.
